BeginnerPregnancy series
Welcome to Move it Mama’s Pregnancy Workout Series! These workouts are all 20 minutes of bodyweight exercise. While you don’t require any equipment, we recommend having an incline available, such as a dining table, bench, firm chair or arm chair. Workouts that make up this pregnancy series have been specifically designed for those who are pregnant. The exercises and movements programmed into each session are carefully considered, in line with the many changes the body goes through during pregnancy. Outside of this programme, you may like to visit other workouts in our library such as Loaded and Back to Basics, and use the modifications and tips provided. If you aren't comfortable doing this, please feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have questions or need guidance. In terms of when you need to modify or adapt your workouts when pregnant, everyone is different.
