Back to basics
20 minutes working through a variety of formats and intervals focused on technique to get you underway.

Boxjam
20 minutes, a mix of shadow boxing and body weight fun. A good workout for anyone to try.

HIIT
20 minutes of body weight high intensity interval training. Intervals will work you hard with short rest periods in between.

Hybrid Express
10 minute workouts, either upper body, lower body or core.


Loaded
20-25 minutes (Sundays 30 minutes), using dumbbells and a kettlebell (can be adapted to suit). If you need guidance, send us a message.


Strength
20-25 minute body weight resistance sessions. A slow, steady burn, without the weights.


Yoga
new yoga is coming to the app from April 5, sessions with Ainslie will drop weekly on a Sunday.
