Each week, we deliver 15 new workouts LIVE directly inside the app. You choose to join us LIVE at these times or complete a workout whenever you like. Learn more about what these workouts are below.

About our workouts

Back to basics - always 20 minutes and mostly bodyweight. Working through a variety of formats and intervals focusing on technique. The most beginner level workout found on our LIVE timetable (for more beginner level workouts, view our programs such as From the Beginning and One Step at a Time). Taught by Natalia, Sarah and Leece.

Box Jam - mostly 20 minutes, a mixture of shadow boxing and bodyweight fun. Though Box Jam is a high intensity workout, it’s considerably scalable to suit varying levels of fitness. Taught by Jess and Char.

HIIT - always 20 minutes, true bodyweight high intensity interval training. Intervals will work you hard with short rest periods in between and all HIIT workouts are bodyweight only. Taught by Kirst.

Hybrid 35 - a mixture of weights with bodyweight work, Hybrid 35 will often (but not always) follow a format such as AMRAPs or EMOMs (as many rounds as possible, every minute on the minute). Think hybrid meets F45 meets hyrox. Taught by Jess and Kirst.

Loaded - 20-25 minutes (except Sundays 30 minutes), loaded is Move it Mama’s strength workout. Using dumbbells and a kettlebell (although equipment can be adapted to suit), loaded is an essential part of your weekly regime. If you need guidance on equipment, please send us a message or read the FAQs document in app. Taught by Lisa, Char, Sarah and Jess.

Pilates - taught solely by Ainslie, a 25 minute pilates power flow with the occasional sprint interval training (SIT) finish. Ainslie adds some spicy elements into her sessions via light dumbbells and booty bands (not essential to have).

Strength - our version of strength minus equipment. Strength is 20-25 minutes and is your low impact interval workout. No jumping, a little more time under tension - a slow, steady burn - without the weights. Taught by Lisa and Char.
