From lounge room workouts on Facebook to 9 years of moving, supporting, and inspiring mums, Move it Mama has always been about helping women reclaim their sparkle.

It started in 2018, with Lisa, 4 young boys, and a simple idea: make fitness achievable. Since then, we’ve grown to a team of 7, delivering everything from HIIT, hybrid and strength to pilates, postpartum and more.

After years of dreaming, designing, and building, we’ve created a customised web and mobile app - a game-changing platform. You’ll stream LIVE workouts, track your progress, schedule your week, and connect with our community - all in the one place.

Life has thrown its challenges - for Lisa, the last 2 years have been especially tough - but it’s reminded us why Move it Mama exists. That is, to support, uplift, and move us through every season of life.

This app is our biggest upgrade yet. It’s more than workouts - it’s community, empowerment, and movement on your terms.

OUR PROGRAMS

We’ve recently launched two new programs to Move it Mama:

  • One Step at a Time - a 4 week, progressive program that starts from the VERY beginning, with the aim to help you first and foremost cement the ritual of exercise. Led by Move it Mama founder Lisa, this program is a mixture of 10-20 minute audio guided walks, introductory bodyweight workouts and stretch sessions. Let Lisa guide you to consistency with exercise.

  • GYM with MIM - a 6-week progressive strength program for someone who wants to walk into the gym with a plan, workout in their home gym (with basic equipment) or even for someone who wants to start their strength training journey. This program follows progressive overload and a lower, upper, mixed split. A second program (Gym 2.0) is currently being produced and made available.
