Welcome to Move it Mama’s 12 Week Postpartum & Core Rehabilitation Programme. Please read our FAQs below, before getting started.
BeginnerPregnancy series
Welcome to Move it Mama’s Pregnancy Workout Series! These workouts are all 20 minutes of bodyweight exercise. While you don’t require any equipment, we recommend having an incline available, such as a dining table, bench, firm chair or arm chair. Workouts that make up this pregnancy series have been specifically designed for those who are pregnant. The exercises and movements programmed into each session are carefully considered, in line with the many changes the body goes through during pregnancy. Outside of this programme, you may like to visit other workouts in our library such as Loaded and Back to Basics, and use the modifications and tips provided. If you aren't comfortable doing this, please feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have questions or need guidance. In terms of when you need to modify or adapt your workouts when pregnant, everyone is different. If you want some advice, feel free to reach out to jess@moveitmama.co.nz for some personalised guidance.
BeginnerOne Step at a Time
A brand new 4-week programme designed to start building your journey to move. One Step at a Time is a gentle 4-week introduction to moving your body again. Zero fitness needed, no equipment, no pressure.
IntermediateGym with MIM
Meet Gym with MIM, a 6-week, 3-day split programme designed to make you feel confident, capable and strong - whether you’re walking into the gym, or rolling out your mat at home. Please read the FAQs below before getting started. For Gym 1.0 (the first program) - see Weeks 1 - 6 For Gym 2.0 (the second program) - see Weeks 7 - 12 Gym 3.0 will start dropping into the app from May 5th (available from Week 13)
