How does it work?

  • sign up via via the ‘join now’ button.

  • once signed up, you’ll receive an email confirming your subscription (check junk/spam).

  • join the member Facebook group #spreadthesparkle - recommended if you want accountability, community, and the option to workout LIVE.

  • LIVE workouts migrate to our website daily (before ~midday). Workouts are found under the workouts tab (a member only area).

  • view the timetable to get familiar with the workouts. You can read more about each workout here.
    Workout LIVE or do a workout whenever you like.

  • from the beginning (beginner/bodyweight), pregnancypostpartum and hybrid express workouts are pre-recorded (available only in our website library and not delivered LIVE).
