In person workout with Jess, Char, Sarah and Natalia.
We'll meet at 730am at the Bridge Hub (New Brighton) next door to Dune cafe. We’ll start the workout by 745am (a bit of a buffer if you're a little later to arrive!).
The workout will be 20-25 minutes, all bodyweight and modifiable. Following the workout feel free to hang around for a chat and hopefully a coffee. We’ll be all done by 830-845am. FUN!
