Are you already a paying Move it Mama member, but don’t have access to the app?
The Move it Mama app has recently replaced the previous website platform.
What do I need to do?
To join the app and access our fresh library of new workouts there - sign up via the website https://app.moveitmama.co.nz/sign-up
Contact us if you have any questions! Please be patient with us as we are dealing with a lot of requests to change memberships. Please give us a couple of days to respond to your email. We can reverse any double charges if we need to!
You must also cancel your existing membership. You can do that with your existing membership log-in, or by emailing us jess@moveitmama.co.nz or lisa@moveitmama.co.nz.
Why should I get on the app?
If you only use Facebook to workout with us, that’s totally fine! However from February 2026 we will be delivering our LIVE workouts inside the app and no longer through Facebook.
There is also SO much on offer within the app - all new workout programmes, filter by trainer, duration, equipment and more, push notifications, working tracking and scheduling and more!

As of December 2025, our workouts are still delivered LIVE through Facebook. After they’ve been delivered, they are migrated to the web and mobile app.
From February 2026, our LIVE workouts will move to be delivered inside the app!

New live workouts are uploaded to the app daily.
Search the latest workouts and use a variety of filters to easily find exactly what you’re looking for!

#spreadthesparkle is our private Facebook group, where we share our workouts live!
If you have only just joined Move it Mama, click here to access the group.
To workout live with us, you will need to use the Facebook group! Otherwise you can access the workouts on the app - anytime, anywhere.
Within the group, the ‘Featured’ section houses the most recent live workouts and any other important information. Each day, the newest live workouts will always be filed in this section!
You can search for a specific workout by selecting a topic, such as #highintensity, #strength or #loaded.
The only workouts that require equipment are loaded, hybrids and pilates!
