Here are a couple of tips and tricks for using our website and #spreadthesparkle!

Once you become a member you can access our massive workout library on our website! You can also access our private Facebook group, #spreadthesparkle!

Are you already a paying Move it Mama member, but don’t have access to the website?

If you are a Move it Mama member who signed up before May 2022, there is a chance you might not have access to this website yet! Don’t stress, we will sort you out! If you can’t log in to this website, we need to switch over your account manually.

What do I need to do?

Go to www.moveitmama.co.nz/join-now and join as though you're not a member. Once completed, email jess@moveitmama.co.nz or lisa@moveitmama.co.nz confirming you have done this. Then we can cancel your pre-existing account and ensure you're not double charged.

Just contact us if you have any questions! Please be patient with us as we are dealing with a lot of requests to change memberships. Bear with us and give us a couple of days to respond to your email. We can reverse any double charges if we need to!

Why should I get on the website?

If you only use Facebook to workout with us, that’s totally fine! But our website now contains a whole lot more, to support you on your fitness journey. Including our brand new and improved 12 Week Postpartum & Core Rehab Program. Plus we have more exciting things coming to the website soon!

The Workout Library

To access the workout library on our website, select the ‘Workouts’ button in the menu at the top of the screen. Alternatively click here to be taken to the library!

Note that this is a members only area, for paying subscribers.

New live workouts are uploaded regularly and the library is organised by workout type and ordered chronologically.

#spreadthesparkle

#spreadthesparkle is our private Facebook group, where we share our workouts live!

If you have only just joined Move it Mama, click here to access the group. You will have to submit a request to join (you will be accepted into the group within 24 hours, Monday to Friday).

To workout live with us, you will need to use the Facebook group! Otherwise you can access the workouts on the website, in the workout library.

Within the group, the ‘Featured’ section houses the most recent live workouts and any other important information. Each week, the newest live workouts will always be filed in this section!

You can search for a specific workout by selecting a topic, such as #highintensity, #strength or #loaded.

The only workout that requires any equipment is loaded!
