Let's be honest, sometimes in the middle of the year, everything feels harder. It might be cold and dark and getting out of bed can feel like a mission. Or you might be hot and sweaty in a heatwave. We get it, and we're right there with you. It doesn't matter what showing up looks like. It matters that we show up.
How the challenge works
No rules, no pressure. Just a simple commitment to yourself, every day this July.
Move every day
Some days a full sweaty session, some days a chill ten-minute bodyweight one, some days you just stretch and breathe. Join Lisa live, or catch every workout on-demand whenever your day allows.
Track your streak
Set your streak to 7 in the app and log each session as you go. By the end of July you'll have your streak, and no doubt a lot more energy than you started with.
We're in it together
This isn't about doing it alone. We'll show up alongside each other every day and keep each other accountable through the tricky mid-year months.

Some days we might be there for ten minutes, some days twenty, some days just stretching. But I'll be there, and I won't let you down. We're doing this together.
