Move it Mama was founded by Lisa in 2018. With four boys under five, she was doing short, high intensity workouts from home — and then began to share them. Regular exercise reclaimed her sparkle, and through it, she rebuilt herself both physically and mentally.

with friends to a community of thousands
After sharing her workouts with close friends, Lisa built a community. What was initially four high intensity (HIIT) workouts each week is now a variety of workouts — from beginner bodyweight to strength, HIIT, boxing, pilates and more.
Move it Mama is now a team of seven, and with so much variety available, the app has a workout suitable for just about anyone. After years of building and dreaming, the Move it Mama platform is now a custom mobile and web app.
The Move it Mama community is amazingly uplifting — connected through exercise, supporting each other through the highs and lows of motherhood.
