Loaded Fundamentals
Over the course of five weeks, we delivered a five part series called Loaded Fundamentals. In these sessions we went through some of the ‘fundamental’ movements we frequently programme into our Loaded and now Hybrid workouts.

the five sessions are split - lower body, glutes, upper body, core and ‘full body’/dynamic exercises.
each session starts with an explanation and moves onto a demonstration of each exercise, followed by a few reps of each exercise that we can complete together.
if you don’t have weights or equipment yet, you could try all of these moves with kitchen cans, just to get a feel for the exercises and learn to master the movement.
